Hallo liebe WG-Suchende,
aktuell ist ein Zimmer in 3er WG im Stuttgarter Westen freigeworden.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 m² groß. Es gibt einen Schrank, einen Schreibtisch, ein Regal und ein Bett (1,4 m breit).
Die Wohnung hat Internetanschluss (WLAN), eine Waschmaschine,, eine Küche mit Herd, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank und einen breiten Flur mit Esstisch
Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut genial! Sie ist im schönen Stuttgarter Westen. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Lidl und dm. Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Cafes. Bus und U-Bahn halten quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Die S-Bahn Station (Schwabstraße) ist in ca. 7 min zu Fuß entfernt. Auch die Innenstadt und der Bahnhof sind super leicht zu erreichen (8 Minuten mit Bus oder U-Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof; 3 Minuten mit Bus zur S-Bahn).
Die WG ist aufgeschlossen und nett.
Aktuell bleiben noch Laura und Melodie (beide sind berufstätig).
Uns ist wichtig, dass man nicht aneinander vorbei lebt, sondern auch auf einander Rücksicht nimmt. Wir haben einen Putzplan, den wir gerne einhalten ;).
Ansonsten läuft bei uns alles sehr unkompliziert.
The rent is 450 € warm, in addition to GEZ fees. Otherwise, there are no further costs.
