I am looking for my next roommate for this wonderful apartment in Stutttgart West.
The apartment has 3 Rooms (2 Beedrooms and 1 Living Room) as well as a common dining area in the entrance a large kitchen, a small bathroom and two wonderful balconies. Being the apartment in the 4th floor, from the balcony we have a wonderful view over Stuttgart West as well as on the television tower.
Your room is spacious (about 15m2) with a large window in direction of ST-west. Initially, I would like to keep 2 Bedrooms and 1 living room, however depending on the need, we can also decide to rent out the third room (previously the apartment was used as a 3-people WG) to reduce our rent.
The room is empty, however we can find quickly and easily many good furniture in S-West and in case i can initially borrow few stuffs if needed.
ST-West has everything you need, good transport (Ubahn, Bus in 10 min to HbF), good restaurant and cafes, shops (4 supermarket within 5 mins walking) and people. You will love it!!!
I am Enrico Pizzutilo 33 years old from italy and living since a couple of years in Stuttgart and longer in Germany.
I am currently working in the hydrogen mobility field in Daimler and I am very passionate about it. Beside it I am quite an active person, always looking for new activities and inputs.
At the moment I am doing some dance and volleyball class and I like to do intensive training at home or in a park.
I love to go by bicycle and to travel (my last travel was in Brasil and I loved it so much!).
I like to learn new languages and cultures, therefore I am open for multicultural and diverse WGs.
With my roommate, I like to share time for a wine, film or cooking together when we have time, but it is not a must!
I am looking forward to meeting you in person or online.

I am planning to have either some visits from 14.04-19.04 or after 03.05 since I will be in Italy in between.
Subcontract would start from mid-May or start-June till December with possibility of extending it.
