Hallo liebe Interessentinnen 🙋♀️,
wir, zwei Schwestern, leben in einer 3er WG in einem Studentenwohnheim in Stuttgart und haben ein freies Zimmer zur Vermietung ab September. Uns ist Sauberkeit und Hygiene sehr wichtig, daher haben wir einen Putzplan mit wöchentlich wechselnden Aufgaben, um sicherzustellen, dass die WG immer ordentlich ist.
Hier sind die Details:
- Zimmergröße: ca. 18-20 qm²
- Lage: Sehr zentral, nur 15 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof oder dem Einkaufszentrum Milaneo entfernt
- Ausschließlich für weibliche Studierende (bitte Nachweis vorlegen)
- Optionaler Stellplatz für 30€ pro Monat verfügbar
Die monatliche Miete für mein Zimmer beträgt ca. 345€.

We place great importance on cleanliness and hygiene, which is why we have a cleaning schedule with rotating weekly tasks to ensure that the flat is always tidy.

- Room size: Approximately 18-20 sqm²
- Location: Very central, only 15 minutes away from the main train station and the Milaneo shopping center
