The room is located in the attic and has approx. 14 square meters. All the walls are covered with wooden moldings, so it's very pretty. Two windows ensure that it is very bright. The view is also very good.
The room is almost fully furnished. The landlord provides a bed, mattress, desk with chair, clothes hanger rack, and two dressers. The apartment consists of one toilet with bathrooms, and a kitchen. Also, it has a garden, laundry machine and dryer.
The location is very quiet even though it is very central.
4min walk to Wunnensteinstraße(Buses 40,47. 40 reaches main station in 5min).
7min walk to Wagenburgstraße (buses 40,42,47,45).
11min walk to Ostendplatz (subway U4).
Here you are equipped with several markets, two Rewe outlets which are 5 minutes away on foot and Aldi and Bio Markt which are even a minute away.
The two-story apartment is very welcoming and warm. It has 3 rooms downstairs and two in the attic. All rooms are very well lit and ventilated and have a very nice view even the bathroom! The apartment kitchen includes Fridge, Owen, Dish Washer, 4 burner Knob, Chimney, Bread Toaster, Dining Table, All Culinary items, Toilet (Bathroom and a WC together). The washing machine is in the basement and NO extra charges on using.
About the flatmates, one is studying while 3 are working so most of the time the apartment is free the whole day. We often meet during the dinner time in a kitchen. The kitchen has always enabled us to enjoy a very fun and cozy social life.
This is a WG where you can share with the others or have your privacy, sometimes we cook together and spend some time chatting with a coffee, tea or dinner.
The apartment landlord wants a minimum rental period of one year.
The room costs €350 plus €70 for additional costs. In recent years, some of the additional costs have always been returned. WiFi and GEZ are privately organized for around 10 euros per month.
