Da ich im Juni umziehen werde, wird mein Zimmer in der 3er-WG frei. Das Zimmer ist zwar relativ klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ich würde das Zimmer mit allen Möbeln vermieten. Dazu gehören ein großes Bett (mit Matratze), ein Kleiderschrank, ein Tisch und ein Stuhl. Auch die Küche hat eigentlich alles, was man so braucht. Wir haben eine Spül- und Waschmaschine und zwei Kühlschränke. Das Zimmer ist geeignet für Studenten, Praktikanten und Berufstätige und kann sowohl für kurze als auch längere Zeiträume vermietet werden.

As I will be moving in June, my room in the 3-person shared apartment will become available. The room is relatively small, but equipped with everything you need. I would rent out the room with all the furniture, including a large bed (with mattress), a wardrobe, a desk, and a chair. The kitchen also has everything you need. We have a dishwasher and a washing machine, as well as two refrigerators.The room is suitable for students, interns, and working professionals and can be rented out for both short and longer periods of time.

Die Wohnung liegt in sehr zentraler Lage. Bis zur Königsstraße und auch zur Bahnstation "Rathaus" läuft man nur 3min. Supermärkte, Klamottenläden, Bars, Clubs und Unis sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage ist es im Zimmer nicht zu laut. Unsere Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und es gibt leider keinen Aufzug, aber man gewöhnt sich mit der Zeit daran.

The apartment is located in a very central area. It's only a 3-minute walk to Königsstraße and also to the "Rathaus" train station. Supermarkets, clothing stores, bars, clubs, and universities are all within walking distance. Despite the very central location, the room is not too noisy. Our apartment is on the 4th floor and unfortunately, there is no elevator, but you get used to it over time.

In der WG leben noch Kastriot und Rui. Beide sind berufstätig und deswegen den Großteil des Tages unter der Woche nicht da. Das WG-Leben ist also eher ruhig und unkompliziert. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Bereich für Lebensmittel, aber wir teilen uns die Küchenutensilien. Wir haben auch einen Putzplan, wo wir uns immer abwechseln.

In the shared apartment, Kastriot and Rui also live. Both are working professionals and therefore not around for most of the day during the week. The shared apartment life is quiet and uncomplicated. Everyone has their own area for groceries, but we share the kitchen utensils. We also have a cleaning schedule where we take turns.
