I am subletting(untermieten) my room until January 2023.
Nice sized room with high ceilings and a view of Marienplatz. Large brand new windows great sound and heat insulation. Room is furnished (you could put my furnishings in the keller if they are not needed). Wood floors (paket) and track lighting.
Centrally located in Stuttgart. Walking distance to Stadtmitte. Very active part of the city with great bars, restaurants and ice cream. Zahnradbahn, Ubahn, Bus directly in Marienplatz. Sbahn is 2 ubahn stops away or one could walk to the stop in Feuersee within 10 minutes. Very nice during the summer to relax on the Marienplatz with friends.
There are some very interesting, nice and relaxed people who live here. I consider them almost like a family. The WG is very international myself an American, one roommate a local Swabian (don't worry he is very nice haha), another roommate a Berliner with Persian roots the last roommate a Hamburger with Polish roots. Only looking for a guy as the balance of 2 girls and 2 guys has worked out pretty well.
Important!!! This is not a party WG. Maybe three times a year we would have a big party in the WG but not every weekend. We don't mind guests but everyone here works. Also we have never been super tidy but we are not messy either. Clean up after yourself and we have a Putzfrau who comes to clean the common areas twice a month.
