Hier wird eine 71qm große Wohnung (1.0G) zur Neugründung einer WG angeboten.
Es gibt drei unterschiedlich große Zimmer (13qm, 15qm und 17qm).
Zimmer 1 13qm= 270 € KM +60 € NK / Kaution 540 €
Zimmer 2 15qm= 305 € KM +60 € NK / Kaution 610 €
Zimmer 3 17qm= 335 € KM +60 € NK / Kaution 670 €
In den Nebenkosten ist ein Hausreinigungsservice enthalten. (Keine Kehrwoche für die Mieter :-))
Für Gas, Strom und Internet müsste sich die neue WG dann besprechen. Bislang wurden alle Verträge von einen Hauptmieter abgeschlossen. Aber die Einzelheiten können dann ggf. besprochen werden.
Die Wohnung ist aktuell noch vermietet und wird zum 20.12.18 im unmöbliertem Zustand übergeben.
