Ich vermiete mein 2. Zimmer für einen Monat an eine berufstätige Frau, gerne Pendlerin, die unter der Woche eine schöne Wohnung zum übernachten, kochen und ausruhen sucht. Seit Februar lebe ich in der schönen 2-Zimmer Altbau Wohnung mit meinen beiden Katzen (stubenrein). Da ich im Oktober viel unterwegs bin, möchte ich das Zimmer gerne vermieten. Es gibt noch eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Waschmaschine und allen Küchengeräten und ein kleines Duschbad zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Ich achte sehr auf Sauberkeit und ich hoffe es macht dir nichts aus mit 2 Katzen zu leben, sie sind aber auch die meiste Zeit im Wohnzimmer, in die Küche dürfen Sie nur wenn ich zuhause bin. Falls du an dem schönen Zimmer interessiert bist schreib mir gerne eine Nachricht und was dich nach Stuttgart führt.

I rent my 2nd room for a month to a working woman, gladly commuter, who is looking for a nice place to stay, cook and rest during the week. Since February I live in the nice 2 room old building apartment with my two cats (housebroken). Since I am traveling a lot in October, I would like to rent out the room. There is still a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and all kitchen appliances and a small shower room for common use. I pay a lot of attention to cleanliness and I hope you don't mind living with 2 cats, but they are also most of the time in the living room, in the kitchen you are only allowed when I am home.
