Das Zimmer ist Richtung Süden ausgerichtet und somit sehr hell. Aus dem Fenster lässt sich ins Heslacher Tal blicken und die Aussicht genießen. Der Raum wird über die 2,5 Monate mit einem Schreibtisch und einem Lattenrost möbliert sein. Für die Möbel werden keine Zusatzkosten oder Ablösezahlungen gefordert.

The room faces south and is therefore very bright. From the window you can look out into the Heslach valley and enjoy the view. The room will be furnished with a desk and a slatted frame over the 2.5 months. No additional costs or redemption payments are required for the furniture.
Von der Lage her befindet sich die Wohnung am Tor zu Heslach, das bedeutet, das du in 20 min zu Fuß in der Innenstadt bist (oder benutzte die U-Bahn, die nächste Station ist 3 Minuten entfernt), aber es auch noch angenehm ruhig in der Nachbarschaft ist. Wenn du Richtung Heslach gehst, kann es auch sein , dass du innerhalb von 10 min im Heslacher Forst bist. ;)
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es am Marienplatz, der in ca. 7min zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Näher an der Wohnung gibt es aber auch ein paar kleine Läden, in denen man auch eine Auswahl an Lebensmitteln und anderen Gegenständen des täglichen Gebrauchs findet.

The flat is located at the entrance to Heslach. That means, that you can reach the inner city within a 20-minutes walk. (or use the underground. The next station is 3 minutes away.) On the other side it is quite quiet in the neighbourhood. If you go in the direction to Heslach, it can also happen, that you find yourself in the forest within 10 minutes. ;)
There are many supermarkets at Marienplatz, which is around 7 minutes away. Quite closer are a lot of small shops, where you also can find a certain amount of food or other products for daily use.
Dein Zimmer ist Teil einer schönen zweier WG mit sehr großem Wohnzimmer inklusive Essnische und Couch. Auch der Flur ist sehr geräumig und es gibt eine Abstellkammer, die weitere Möglichkeiten der Aufbewahrung bereit hält. Du wirst in der Wohnung mit Shreeram, der Ingenieur ist, zusammenleben.

Your room is part of a beautiful two-room shared flat with a very large living room including a dining area and couch. The hallway is also very spacious and there is a storage room that offers further storage options. You will be living in the apartment with Shreeram, who is an engineer.
Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit nach Absprache etwas früher einzuziehen und/ oder Ende April wieder auszuziehen.
