My name is Beatrice and I am leaving my current room last minute in Vaihingen.
In our flat we are five tenants, me and other four males. Expect for one tenant, all the others are also students.
The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, a library, one desk with a chair, a small bedside table and a bed with a matress. It is a very warm and comfty room in winter, since it receives the sunlight during the whole day. The kitchen is small, but is equipped with a stove, fridge and freezer, a kettle, an oven and a dishwasher. We share one bathroom with a very big tub and a shower available. We have a basement where the laundry machine is stored and extra storage space for bicicles.

The room is located precisely in Kreuzstrasse 20, in a very convenient position, roughly 20 minutes by walk to Vaihingen campus, 10 minutes by walk to a big shopping center (Swabengalerie) and 2 minutes by walk to the bus stop, just in case you would like to take the bus 82, that brings you both to the campus or at Vaihingen station within 5 minutes.
We are a very quiet house, but we spend some time together in evenings to share meals or a beer. All the tenants are friendly and helpful.
