Mein schönes Zimmer wird ab dem 1.09 frei. Es ist 12m2 groß mit Blick ins grüne in einem modernen privaten Studentenwohnheim.
Wegen der 3 Monaten Kündigungsfrist, suche ich jemanden der das Zimmer erstmal für ein Monat untermietet und danach den Vertrag übernimmt.
Ich möchte für 200 euro meine Möbeln verkaufen (Bett, neue Matratze, Schrank, 2 Tische, 2 Stühle und kleiner Ofen).
Besichtigungen sind möglich an diesem Wochenende, nächste Woche Montag oder Mittwoch Abend.

My lovely room will be vacant from 1st of September. It is 12m2 big, in a shared apartment for 2 and with beautiful view on greenery.
I would like the next person to take over all furnitures for 200euro (bed, new matress, cupboard, 2 tables, 2 chairs, 1 small oven)

Die Lage ist ideal, zur Fuß sind es 2 Minuten zur UBahn Station Wallgraben und 10Minuten zur SBahn Vaihingen.
Zum Campus Vaihingen fährt man 15 Minuten Fahrrad.
Es gibt schöne Jogging Möglichkeiten um dem Wohnheim.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Kaufland, Edeka): 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad
