Hallo liebe Studenten! In unserer Straussi 2 WG zieht unsere Mitbewohnerin früher aus als geplant und es wird nun ein Zimmer frei bis Ende August 2021! Es dürfen hier leider nur Studenten einziehen, daher keine anderen Bewerbungen.

Hello dear students! In our Straussi 2 WG our flatmate moves out earlier than planned and there will be a room available until the end of March 2020! Unfortunately, only students can move in here, so no other applications.

- Kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge, china cabinets, table, chairs
- Two bathrooms & two toilets

- Internet by arrangement not included in the rent
Das Wohnheim ist in Vaihingen und man erreicht innerhalb von 5 Minuten die S-Bahn oder Busse. Zum einkaufen gibt es einen Netto und an der Universität den Frischemarkt Roth, ansonsten erreicht man einen Kaufland innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Bus.
The dormitory is in Vaihingen and you can reach the suburban or bus within 5 minutes. For groceries there is a Netto and at the university the Frischemarkt Roth, otherwise you can reach a Kaufland within 5 minutes by bus.
Wir sind eine sehr umgängliche WG und eher wie eine kleine Familie, wer trotzdem in den sechs Monaten lieber seine Ruhe möchte, respektieren wir das! In der WG selbst unterhalten wir uns viel und machen viel zusammen.
We are a very easy-going flat share and more like a small family, if you rather have some time for yourself in this six months, we respect that! But we talk and do a lot together.
Wenn du die WG sehen möchtest und uns Kennenlernen, einfach schreiben, bin per Email jederzeit zu erreichen. Wenn ihr mir eine Nummer hinterlässt melde ich mich auch per WhatsApp oder SMS.
Den Einzugstermin kann man nach Absprache ggfs. variieren, für den Monat im April wird natürlich nur die halbe Miete erhoben.
