Das Zimmer ist mit einem Tisch, Stuhl, großen Schränken, Bett mit bequemer Matratze und Jalousien ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Bäder mit Toiletten. Es gibt eine Lobby im Keller, um Ihr Fahrrad/Scooter drinnen zu lassen. Kein Aufzug, nur Treppen und die Küche ist im Erdgeschoss. Sie teilen sich die WG mit 4 jungen Berufstätigen, die bei Firmen/Universität in Stuttgart arbeiten.
430 Euro + 90 Euro für Nebenkosten (Allgemein, Wasser, Strom, Gas, Feuerversicherung, Hausarbeit zweimal im Monat, Toilettenpapier, Müllsäcke, Geschirrspüler, Kochutensilien, Wasserenthärter, Schwämme, Wischmopp, Putzmittel, Wifi, Trockenständer und Waschmaschine). In der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht: Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Pfannen, Herd, Geschirr und Besteck.

Located in Vaihingen, Stuttgart. The room is on the ground floor, in a huge bright, quiet and clean apartment. The room has access to the backyard as well. The room is furnished with a table, chair, huge closets, bed with comfortable mattress and window blinds. There are two bathrooms with toilets. There is a lobby on the basement to leave your bike/scooter inside. No elevator, only stairs and kitchen is on the ground floor. You will be sharing the WG with 4 young professionals who are working at companies/university in Stuttgart.
430 euros + 90 euros for charges (common, water, electricity, gas, fire insurance, housework twice a month, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish washer, cooking utensils, water softener, sponges, mop, cleaning materials, wifi, drying stand and washing machine). In the kitchen, there's everything you could need: oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, pans, stoves, utensils and cutlery.
