I am looking to lease my student dormitory until the End of April. The room is directly in the University and you can reach your Classes in only 6min. You would share the kitchen with two other floors and the bathroom has two showers and toilets that are shared with your floor.
S-Bahn in Universität Stop is reachable in 6-7min, 5min if you are fast.
The dorm is located directly in the University, so Restaurant can be reached in 3min and you are directly at the heart of the University in 6min as well.
People are nice and we respect each others privacy. Shared places floor is cleaned regularly, including the bathroom. There is a cleaning plan that is followed by the residents. You have your own space to do your things, study an all. Very cool :)

I have also an internet router that could be sold to you so that you can easily arrange the Internet in your future dorm. I would sell it for €15. The fast internet can be got for a price of €7 per month.
