Du lebst mit 3 Mitbewohnern zusammen, wovon 2 an der Uni studieren und einer an der HdM. Wir kommen alle gut miteinander klar und unternehmen auch mal was, sind aber eher eine Zwecks-WG - das ist aber nicht in Stein gemeißelt.

Da ich ausziehen werde und meinen Mietvertrag zu spät gekündigt habe, suche ich hauptsächlich jemand, der mit meinen Mitbewohnern gut klar kommt :) Wenn du einigermaßen sozial bist und gerne mal ein Bier trinkst oder einfach Smalltalk in der Küche machst, reicht das schon :)
Die Wohnung dürfte in der Regel danach übernommen werden können - dafür ist aber eine Absprache mit dem Studierendenwerk nötig - dabei helfe ich dir gerne.

Geschlecht und Alter spielen prinzipiell keine Rolle. Bisher waren wir aber immer nur Jungs in der WG - lasst euch davon aber nicht abschrecken.

Ordnung und Sauberkeit ist uns allen wichtig, wir haben aber keine Putzobsession. Generell gilt; jeder macht das sauber, was er schmutzig macht!

Die WG ist voll ausgestattet mit Kochutensilien und alles was man so braucht!

Wenn du alles gelesen hast füge doch bitte ein "===" deiner Nachricht hinzu. Bitte beachte nochmals, dass das Zimmer nur vom 01.08. bis zum 30.09.22 zur Verfügung steht und nur an immatrikulierte Studenten abzugeben ist!

You live with 3 roommates, 2 of whom study at the university and one at the HdM. We all get along well with each other and also do things sometimes, but are more of a purpose shared apartment - but that is not set in stone.

Since I'll be moving out and I've cancelled my lease too late, I'm mainly looking for someone who gets along well with my roommates :) If you are reasonably social and like to have a beer once in a while or just make small talk in the kitchen, that's enough :)
You should be able to take over the apartment afterwards - but for that you need to make an arrangement with the Studierendenwerk - I'll be happy to help you with that.

Gender and age do not matter in principle. So far we have only had boys in our flat-sharing community - but don't let that put you off.

Order and cleanliness is important to all of us, but we do not have a cleaning obsession. In general, everyone cleans what they make dirty!

The WG is fully equipped with cooking utensils and everything you need!
