WG Zimmer mit Wohnzimmer im charmanten, zentrumsnahen Altbau

Die Seestraße liegt sehr zentral, sodass man in 15min zu Fuß am Hauptbahnhof, in 2 Minuten zu Fuß an der Haltestelle Hölderlinstraße (Bus 43) und in 7 Minuten an der Haltestelle Linden-Museum (Bus 40 & 42) ist. Auch die Uni, der Stadtgarten und die Bibliothek sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Bis in die Innenstadt sind es 15-20 Gehminuten.
Nebenan gibt es einen kleinen Gemüseladen und ein Café.
Zum kleinen Edeka dauert es zu Fuß etwa 5 Minuten, dort gibt es auch eine Bäckerei und eine Apotheke. Die Gegend ist zentrumsnah, aber ruhig und familiär. Man kann hier schön durch Stuttgarts Halbhöhen schlendern.
Seestraße is very centrally located, so you can walk to the main railway station in 15 minutes, to the Hölderlinstraße stop (bus 43) in 2 minutes and to the Linden-Museum stop (bus 40 & 42) in 7 minutes. The university, the Stadtgarten and the library are also within easy walking distance. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the city centre.
There is a small greengrocer and a café next door.
It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the small Edeka supermarket, where there is also a bakery and a pharmacy. The area is close to the city centre, but quiet and informal. You can take a nice stroll through Stuttgart's hills.

Ich ziehe für 6 Monate aus der Wohnung aus und bin auf der Suche nach einer zuverlässigen und ordentlichen Untermieter*in.
Es handelt sich um eine 3er WG. Die Mitbewohnerinnen sind Jasmin (34), freischaffende Künstlerin und Regisseurin und langjährige Konstante der Wohnung und Nora (28), Gymnasiallehrerin.
Das Zusammenleben ist ungezwungen, direkte Kommunikation ist erwünscht und durch das große Wohnzimmer wird auch regelmäßig zusammen gegessen. Aktuell gibt es keinen festen Putzplan, aber regelmäßige Absprachen, wer wann Aufgaben übernimmt. Wir sind ordentlich und sauber, aber auch keine Putzfreaks.
I am moving out of the flat for 6 months and am looking for a reliable and tidy subtenant.
It is a shared flat for 3 people. The flatmates are Jasmin (34), freelance artist and director and long-time constant of the flat and Nora (28), high school teacher.
Living together is informal, direct communication is encouraged and, thanks to the large living room, we also eat together regularly. There is currently no fixed cleaning schedule, but there are regular agreements about who takes on tasks and when. We are tidy and clean, but we are not cleaning freaks either.

Wir teilen uns ein großes Wohnzimmer, einen großzügigen Flur mit einem riesigen Schrank, der Stauraum für alles Mögliche bietet, ein Badezimmer (mit Badewanne, WC separat) und eine Küche mit kleinem Balkon.
Tiere sind in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt, Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon.

We share a large living room, a spacious hallway with a huge wardrobe that offers storage space for all sorts of things, a bathroom (with bathtub, separate WC) and a kitchen with a small balcony.
Pets are not allowed in the flat, smoking only on the balcony.
