Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße, ca. 5 Gehminuten von der S-Bahnhaltestelle Schwabstraße entfernt, wo sich auch ein Edeka und Rewe befinden. DM erreichst du außerdem in ca. 3 Minuten und Penny ist auch maximal 7 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Verschiedene Restaurants und Cafés befinden sich außerdem in Stuttgart West - sprich eine top Lage ;)

The apartment is located in a quiet one-way street, about 5 minutes walk from the S-Bahn station Schwabstraße, where you can also find an Edeka and Rewe. DM you can also reach in about 3 minutes and Penny is also a maximum of 7 minutes walk away. Various restaurants and cafés can also be found in the area of Stuttgart West - so to speak a top location ;)
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Sebastian (29), arbeitetet als Software Engineer und Max (25), studiert Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik und ist dazu noch Werkstudent.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr harmonisch, wir treffen uns oft in der Küche und quatschen miteinander, respektieren aber auch unsere Me-Time. Uns ist jedoch wichtig, dass wir keine Zweck-WG sind.
Da Max auch erst im Mai in die WG eingezogen ist, ist es eine komplett neue WG und somit könnt ihr das WG-Leben zusammengestallten :)

Your future roommates are Sebastian (29, software engineer) and Max (25, studying aerospace engineering and working student).
The WG life is very harmonious, we often meet in the kitchen and chat with each other, but we also respect our me-time.
It is however important to us to spend time together from time to time.
As Max also just moved into the flat in May, it's a completely new flat share and you can shape your flat-life together :)
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine geteilte Küche, inkl. Herd, Ofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und alles was man so zum kochen benötigt, sowie ein geteiltes Bad, inkl. Toilette, Dusche & Waschmaschine. Wir haben außerdem Zugang zu einem Kellerabteil, in welchem Möbel/Fahrräder und natürlich der gelbe Sack gelagert werden kann :D. Dein Fahrrad (falls du eins besitzt) kannst du außerdem im Hausflur abstellen.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und kommt mit einem Bett (inkl. Matratze), Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Schrank.
Aufhänger x2, 2er Weisses Sofa, roter Couchtisch, und Ikea hellgrauer Metallschrank x2 sollten gegen einen Betrag von 150€ übernommen werden.
Einzugstermin ist der 1. Juli, ein früherer Einzugstermin ist ggf. auch möglich.

The apartment has a shared kitchen, incl. stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and everything you need for cooking, and a shared bathroom, incl. toilet, shower & washing machine. We also have access to a basement compartment, where furniture/bikes and of course the yellow bag can be stored :D. You can also park your bike (if you have one) in the hallway of the house.
The room is furnished and comes with a bed (incl. mattress), desk, chair and wardrobe.
Hanger x2, white sofa, red coffee table, and Ikea light gray metal cabinet x2 should be taken over for 150€.
Move-in date is July 1st, an earlier move-in date might also be possible.
