Nosotros, Andrea (blanco, italiano, 26, él / él) y Avi (blanco, alemán, 35, ellos / ellos) viven muy cómodo y acogedor y barato en Stuttgart Oeste, cerca de Hölderlinplatz.

Para completarnos, estamos buscando un tercer miembro en nuestro apartamento, que es FLINTA (una mujer o una persona TIN). Eso significa que no estamos buscando un hombre de cis.

Su nueva habitación es brillante, tiene unos 16 metros cuadrados y está hacia la carretera (vista al suroeste). El camino es afortunadamente bastante tranquilo y la habitación llena de sol.

El apartamento es acogedor y no completamente renovado, algunas cosas son algo improvisadas. La pequeña mesa de cocina en invierno y el balcón verde en verano (con sol de la mañana) son lugares maravillosos para sentarse juntos. Hay un trastero en el sótano.

El apartamento es acogedor, aunque no completamente renovado, algunas cosas parecen un poco improvisadas. La pequeña mesa de cocina en invierno y el balcón verde en verano son grandes lugares para sentarse juntos. Tenemos sol de mañana allí. Hay un espacio de almacenamiento en la bodega.

LAGE


El apartamento está situado en el oeste, a la vuelta de la animada Hölderlinplatz. La línea de metro U4 en Hölderlinplatz y varias líneas de autobús (40, 42, 43) están a unos 5 minutos. La estación principal de tren está a sólo 7 minutos en autobús y el centro de la ciudad está a unos 15 minutos a pie.

Buenas instalaciones comerciales (Biosupermarkt, Cap, Rewe, panadería y oruga ...) están a 5-10 minutos a pie y también hay muy buenos restaurantes y cafés en el barrio.

WG life


Ambos estamos en la misma burbuja queer, y a menudo durante la semana estamos ocupados hasta la noche. A veces disfrutando de las noches juntas, reuniéndose en la cocina o en el balcón. No somos un fanático de la fiesta, es silencioso la mayor parte del tiempo, pero apreciamos las conversaciones y salir juntos o con amigos. Avi está pasando tiempo con títeres y artes móviles y Andrea le encanta pensar en la vida/filosofía y es bastante deportivo. Ambos somos zurdos.

Ambos estamos en la misma burbuja queer y debajo de la semana a menudo ocupado hasta la noche. A veces disfrutamos de la noche juntos, nos encontramos en la cocina o en el balcón. Avi trata de muñecas y arte en movimiento durante el día y Andrea ama filosofía y es bastante deportivo. Nos quedan los dos.

Wir, Andrea (weiß, italienisch, 26, he/him) und Avi (weiß, deutsch, 35, they/them) leben sehr komfortabel und gemütlich und günstig in Stuttgart West, Nähe Hölderlinplatz.

Um uns komplett zu machen, suchen wir ein drittes Mitglied in unserer Wohnung, die FLINTA ist (eine Frau oder eine TIN Person). Das heißt, wir suchen keinen cis-Mann.

Dein neues Zimmer ist hell, hat ca. 16 qm und liegt zur Straße hin (Blick nach Südwesten). Die Straße ist zum Glück eher ruhig und das Zimmer voller Sonnenschein.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und nicht komplett neu renoviert, einige Dinge sind etwas improvisiert. Der kleine Küchentisch im Winter und der grüne Balkon im Sommer (mit Morgensonne) sind wunderbare Orte, um zusammen zu sitzen. Im Keller gibt es Stauraum.

Your new room is bright, has about 16 square meters and faces the street (view to the south-west). Luckily the street isn't loud and the room is full of sunshine.

The apartment is cozy, though not completely newly renovated, some things look a bit improvised. The small kitchen table in winter and the green balcony in summer are great places to sit together. We have morning sun there. There is some storage space in the cellar.

LAGE


Die Wohnung liegt im Westen, gleich um die Ecke vom lebhaften Hölderlinplatz. Die U-Bahnlinie U4 am Hölderlinplatz und mehrere Buslinien (40, 42, 43) sind ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 7 Minuten mit dem Bus und das Stadtzentrum ist etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Biosupermarkt, Cap, Rewe, Bäckerei und Raupe ...) sind jeweils 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt und es gibt auch sehr schöne Restaurants und Cafés in der Nachbarschaft.





The apartment is located in the west, just around the corner from the lively Hölderlinplatz. The U4 underground line at Hölderlinplatz and several bus lines (40, 42, 43) are about 5 minutes away. The main train station is just 7 minutes away by bus and the city center is about 15 minutes away on foot.
Good shopping facilities (organic supermarket, Cap, Rewe, bakery and the Raupe ...) are each 5-10 minutes' walk away, and there are also very nice restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity.

WG-Leben


We two are in the same queer bubble, and often during the week we are busy till the evening. Sometimes enjoying evenings together, meeting up in the kitchen or on the balcony. We aren't a party-flat, it's quiet most of the time, but we appreciate talks and hanging out together or with friends. Avi is spending time with puppets and moving arts and Andrea loves to think about life/philosophy and is quite sporty. We are both lefties.

What are your special interests?





Wir sind beide in der gleichen queeren Bubble und unter der Woche oft bis abends beschäftigt. Manchmal genießen wir den Abend zusammen, treffen uns in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon. Wir sind keine Party-WG, es ist oft ruhig, aber wir schätzen Gespräche und verbringen miteinander oder mit Freunden Zeit. Avi beschäftigt sich tagsüber mit Puppen und bewegter Kunst und Andrea liebt es, zu philosophisieren und ist ziemlich sportlich. Wir sind beide links.
