Die gesamte Wohnung zählt 123 qm. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet (Kochherd, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank etc). Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Balkon schließt an die Küche an. TV Anschluss sowie Internet ist in der Miete inbegriffen.
Top Lage! Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Die Ubahn (U2 und U9) ist innerhalb 2 Minuten zu erreichen - Haltestelle Schwab/Bebelstr. Die Sbahn ist innerhalb 8 Minuten erreichbar (Schwabstraße).
Im Ergeschoss befindet sich die Kultkneipe "Ackermanns", die jeder Fußballfan in Stuttgart kennt.
Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fußreichweite (Lidl, DM, Apotheke, BW-Bank und mehrere Bäcker).
