ich ziehe zum Jahreswechsel aus meiner Wohnung aus und möchte bis zum Ende der Vertragslaufzeit mein Zimmer noch untervermieten. Der Mietzeitraum kann auch noch etwas ausgedehnt und individuell vereinbart werden.
Das Zimmer ist im 3. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die komplette Fassade sowie das Dach wurden dieses Jahr thermisch isoliert. Von den Möbeln im Zimmer können Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und das Regalbrett für den Mietzeitraum übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung besitzt außerdem ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer (ca. 19m²) mit kleinem Südbalkon, das natürlich auch Dir zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung steht. Die Küche bietet ebenfalls viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Eisfach, Induktionsherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeepresse, Mixer,...). Bad und WC sind getrennt.
I will move out of my apartment and want to subrent my room until the end of my lease agreement which can be considered somewhat flexible.
The room is semi-furnished (bed, desk, chair, shelf). The flat also has a big living room with a small balkony, a well equiped kitchen and the toilet is seperated from the bathroom.
Das Haus liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig und zentral im Westen Stuttgarts. Supermarkt, Bäcker und öffentlicher Nahverkehr sind innerhalb einer Gehminute zu erreichen. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die S-Bahn Haltestelle Schwabstraße sind weniger als 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Desweiteren bietet der Westen eine Vielzahl an Kneipen & Restaurants und die Stadtmitte lässt sich mit dem ÖPNV innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichen.
The flat is well conected to the public transportation, supermarkets, bakeries and various bars and restaurants are close-by.
Meine Mitbewohnerin kommt aus Frankreich und macht gerade ihren Doktor der Chemie an der Uni Stuttgart. Sie wohnt schon seit etwa 3 Jahren in der Wohnung und spricht außerdem fließend englisch und mittlerweile auch ziemlich gut deutsch. Das Zusammenleben mit ihr ist unkompliziert und sie ist offen für gemeinsame Aktivitäten.
My flatmate is French and is doing her PhD in chemistry at the Uni Stuttgart. She also speaks Englisch and German. She is uncomplicated to live with and open for activities.
Bitte schreibe bei deiner Anfrage auch ein paar Sätze über dich selber. Natürlich kannst Du mir auch noch Fragen zur Wohnung stellen. Anfragen wie "Hallo ich bin an der Wohnung interessiert!!! Wann kann ich zur Besichtigung kommen???" bleiben unbeantwortet.
Da ich vor Weihnachten nur noch selten in Stuttgart sein werde, müsste ich für ein Besichtigungstermin dann Rücksprache mit meiner Mitbewohnerin oder ggf. dem Eigentümer halten.
