Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß und wurde kürzlich renoviert. Die gesamte Wohnung ist 87 qm groß und verfügt über zwei Badezimmer, ein gemeinsames Wohn- / Esszimmer und eine schöne große Küche. Zu den Möbeln gehören ein Queensize-Bett, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl, eine Schublade und ein Smart-TV. Eine Waschmaschine, ein Trockner sowie ein Bügeleisen und -brett sind ebenfalls in die WG vorhanden. Der Rundfunkbeitrag, Strom, Heizung und WIFI sind ebenfalls in der monatlichen Miete enthalten.
Die nächsten U-Bahn-Stationen sind Schloss- / Johannesstraße und Berliner Platz Beide erreichen Sie zu Fuß in weniger als 5 Minuten. Die nächstgelegenen S-Bahn-Haltestellen sind Feuersee (4 Minuten zu Fuß) und Stadtmitte (6 Minuten zu Fuß). Das Stadtzentrum erreichen Sie bequem in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Rund um die Wohnung befinden sich einige Bäckereien, ein Kino, Restaurants und Friseure. In der Nachbarschaft finden Sie auch viele andere Geschäfte und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Die schöne Johanneskirche am Feuersee ist ebenfalls 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Sie werden die Wohnung mit Patrick, Gerard und Lisa teilen! Jeder ist sehr aufgeschlossen und arbeitet oder studiert in Stuttgart. Im Allgemeinen ist die Wohnung eher ruhig und gelegentlich kochen wir oder trinken gemeinsam etwas.

The room is 15 m^2 and was recently renovated. The entire apartment is 87 m^2 and has two bathrooms, a common living/dining room and a beautiful large kitchen. Furniture includes a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair, a drawer and a Smart-TV. A washer-dryer and an iron and ironing board can also be found in the WG. The radio fee, electricity, heating, and WIFI are all accounted for in the monthly rent.
The nearest U-Bahn stops are Schloss- / Johannesstraße and Berliner Platz, both can be reached by foot in under 5 minutes. The closest S-Bahn stops are Feuersee (4 minutes by foot) and Stadtmitte (6 minutes by foot). You can easily reach the city centre in 10 minutes by foot. Around the apartment there are a few bakeries, a cinema, restaurants, and hairdressers. There are also many others shops and supermarkets nearby in the neighbourhood. The beautiful Johanneskirche am Feuersee is also 5 minutes away by foot.
You will share the flat with Patrick, Gerard, and Lisa! Everyone is very open-minded and is working or studying in Suttgart. Generally the flat is rather quiet and occasionally we cook or share a drink together.
