I decided to turn the flat I live in into a WG. It is in Rotebühlstr, from the window its possible to see the S-Bahn. The flat is at the first floor.
The kitchen is good enough for one person, but we need to buy a new fridge for 2 as well as some new shelves. There is cutlery as well as plates. If something is missing, Im pretty sure its easily recoverable. Kitchen does not have a hoover.
Same goes for the bathroom. We need to buy some new shelves to cover the bathroom for 2 person.
The washing machine, dish machine, oven, and stove are of course there.
The "Abschlag" is because i bought the kitchen while moving in as well as the washing machine. It also covers some kitchen items which were bought.
The flat is located next to Sbahn station, Schwabstrasse. Takes 30 seconds to get to the sbahn, 20 seconds to Rewe. 1 minute to Edeka and so on. Long story short pretty nice place. Nothing to explain here :)
Your flatmate is me, Can. 28 years old working as an engineer. I'm working from home, and trying not to change this.(I hate commuting.). Im originally from Istanbul. I did my masters in Munich and Ive been living in Stuttgart since 2020. I'm pretty easy going and chill person. I play basketball at a verein, and always down for some drinks after work unless I do sports :)
About cleaning, im not a nit-picky person. This doesnt mean that the flat "should" be dirty. We should make a weekly cleaning plan and obey that.
About German, ich kann 60% Deutch sprechen. Naturlich brauche ich mehr Übung :)
As I said, I am trying to convert my flat to a WG, therefore, you should not expect a ready WG as if Im doing business like most of the other WG-landlords :) It should take sometimes to settle everything needed.
