I sublet my room in Stuttgart Westr while I am visiting a friend in Spain. I will be gone from beginning of February until mid/end March. The exact dates can be discussed.
My room is furnished (bed, wardrobe, dresser, clothes-rail, couch, sofa-chairs, bookshelf, hi-fi stereo) and will serve you as a nice base in Stuttgart.
The rent is 477Eur per month, including everything. That's exactly what I pay.

You'll live together with Jana and Mehdi, my two flatmates, with whom I am good friends. We sometimes cook or go out together (esspecially on the weekends since we all work and have different hobbies during the week).
We usually speak German but both also speak English.
