Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer/m neuen Mitbewohner/in, da Felix sein Studium beendet und auszieht.
Die WG ist im dritten Stock, das Zimmer hat 16m2 und ist unmöbliert. Man kann aber fast alle Möbel, außer dem Tisch, für 700€ VB kaufen (Verkaufspreis bei IKEA: 932,98€). Die Möbel können auch einzeln gekauft werden. Bei Interesse, bitte einfach eine Frage stellen und wir leiten sie an ihn weiter =]

We are looking for another flatmate since Felix is finishing his study and moving out.
The room has 16m2, it is on the 3rd floor. And it's not furnished. However, you can buy almost all the furniture, except for the table, for 700€ VB (retail price at IKEA: €932.98). The furniture can also be bought separately. In case of interest, please, just drop a question and we redirect it to him =]
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Feuersee gelegen. Die Anbindung ist daher sehr gut (S-Bahn, U-Bahn und Bus), auch Apotheke, Restaurants, Supermärkte etc. sind nicht fern. In ca. 15 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß das Stadtzentrum.
Es gibt auch eine Tischtennisplatte im Gemeinschaftsgarten, wo man im Sommer grillen kann.

The flat is very central. It's located very close to public transportation (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, and bus), pharmacy, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. In about 15 min walking you can reach the city center.
There's also table tennis in the common garden where during summer you can do BBQs.
Du wirst die Wohnung mit Anton und mir, Tainná, teilen. Anton macht einen Master in Lebensmittelbiotechnologie, er kocht gerne, ist gerne draußen und auch noch recht neu in Stuttgart. Ich bin Entwicklerin von Lebensmittelprodukten, ich liebe Essen und Tanzen.
Das ist keine Zweck-WG, deshalb wäre es schön, jemanden zu haben, der gerne etwas gemeinsam unternimmt, zum Beispiel gemeinsam kochen, Brettspiele spielen oder Sport machen. Aber natürlich respektieren wir es, wenn wir unsere eigene Zeit und unseren eigenen Raum brauchen.

You will be sharing the flat with Anton and me, Tainná. Anton is doing a master's in Food biotechnology, he loves cooking, being outside and is quite new to Stuttgart himself. I'm a food product developer, and I love food and dancing.
This is not a Zweck-WG, therefore, it would be nice to have someone that enjoys doing activities together, such as cooking or playing board games or sports. But no need to say that we always respect when we need to have our own time and space.
