Wir vermieten einen Atelier- / Werkstattraum im schönen Stuttgarter Westen. Der Raum hat großzügige 24 qm und bietet dadurch viel Platz zum austoben. Er ist über zwei Oberlichter beleuchtet, weswegen wir zusätzlich eine helle Tageslicht-LED-Deckenlampe installiert haben:)
Die Warmmiete umfasst alle Nebenkosten Abschläge sowie WLAN
Unsere kleine Ateliergemeinschaft liegt im Souterrain eines Wohnhauses. Wir (Lisa und Anna) arbeiten in dem zweiten Raum, der über einen Flur abgetrennt ist. Eine kleine Küchenzeile und ein Bad werden gemeinsam benutzt.
Wir sind freiberufliche Restauratorinnen und bearbeiten Gemälde und Skulpturen. Da wir beide andere Hauptjobs haben sind wir nicht immer da (je nach Auftrag 1-2 Tage die Woche) freuen uns aber über eine freundschaftliche Atmosphäre und gelegentlich es Co-Worken.
