Die Wohnung befindet sich in Stuttgart - Zuffenhausen und ist dennnoch sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstraße gelegen. Es befindet sich nur 7 min mit der Bahn von der Schönheit des Rosensteinparks. Gut zu erreichen ist die Hauptstraße ca. 2 Gehminuten. Die Unterländerstr auf denen sich sowohl Spaß Bar, Restaurants und Einkauft Möglichkeiten befinden. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in die City und an die verschiedenen Verkehrsknotenpunkte (Bahn, Autobahn) sind ausgezeichnet.Mit der U-Bahn sind es nur 14 min bis zur Hauptbahnhof.
Das Zimmer ist hell, sauber und sehr gemütlich ausgestattet und es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Das Zimmer ist unter anderem mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch und einem Schrank eingerichtet.
Die Toilette befinden sich auf dem Flur und werden von Gästen gemeinschaftlich genutzt sowie die Dusche, Waschmaschine ( ohne Waschmittel, das muss man
sich selber kaufen) , Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler & Geschirrwaschmaschine werden ebenfalls gemeinsam genutzt.
Das W-Lan 24 Std. kann ebenfalls kostenfrei genutzt werden.
Bitte denken Sie daran es handelt sich um eine zwischenmiete!!!

The apartment is located in Stuttgart - Zuffenhausen and it is in a very quiet side street. It is located just 7 minutes by train from the beauty of the Rosenstein Park. Easy to reach is the main street about 2 minutes. In The Unterländerstr. you can find fun like bars, restaurants and buys venues.
With the metro is just 14 minutes to the central station.
The room is bright, clean and very comfortably furnished and is located on the ground floor. The room is furnished with a bed, a desk and a wardrobe.
The toilet and the shower is in the corridor and we share with another’s roommates, wash-machine (without detergent, you have to buy yourself), fitted kitchen; Dish & dishwasher is to share incl.
The Wi-Fi 24 hrs. May also be used free of charge.
For me to live with you is important that:
We can talk, but also everyone should do his things in peace.
Own furniture, Kitchen, utensils and vacuum cleaner that should be used properly.
The WC should be clean after you leave, your room should be tidy.
Every morning leave reclined the window during the day.

Es wird nur Berufstätigen Personen gesucht , die ruhige, zuverlässige, saubere und ordentlich sind.
Was mir in der WG wichtig ist:
Wichtig sind mir natürlich sich gut zu verstehen und miteinander auskommen. Ich unterhalte mich gerne, aber jeder sollte auch seine Auszeiten bekommen und Ruhe haben.
Eigene Möbel sind vorhanden. Küchen-Utensilien und Staubsauger die man ordentlich damit umgehen sollte.
Die WG soll sauber, ordentlich und angemessen ruhig sein. Gerade Nachts ist mir wichtig, dass nicht von allen Seiten laute Gespräche oder Musik dröhnt. Was aber nicht heißen soll, dass es wie im Kloster zugehen soll. Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht erlaubt und genau so wenig das bringen von Besucher nach Hause und zu letzt ist Strom sparen sehr wichtig (wenn man nicht im Zimmer ist, braucht man das Licht nicht anlassen).
Bitte die Ruhezeiten zwischen 22 bis 06 Uhr einhalten.
