Da ich in eine andere Wohnung ziehe, muss ich die WG leider verlassen. Das Zimmer wird unbefristet, unmöbliert und ab 1.11 vermietet.
Die Wohnung hat eine große Küche mit Esstisch, Sofa im Flur und ein Bad. Wir haben zwei Kühlschränke und ein Gefrierfach in der Küche. Dein Zimmer hat ein Fenster zur Straße hin und es kommt genügend Tageslicht hinein. Außerdem ist es im Sommer schön kühl. Es gibt einen Rolladen zum abdunkeln des Zimmers. Wir haben eine Waschmaschine in der WG und genügend Stauraum für alles. Falls du ein Fahrrad hast haben wir dafür einen Abstellplatz in der Garage.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in Stuttgart West, in einer Minute ist man bei Lidl, sowie an der Bushaltestelle und U-Bahn-Station Schwab-/Bebelstraße. In 7min ist man zu Fuß an der Haltestelle Schwabstraße. Es gibt viele Restaurants, Cafés und eine sehr gute Pizzeria in der Nähe.
Mit dir wohnen Caty und Nicole. Beide sind erst im März in die WG eingzogen, also könntet ihr zusammen einen neuen
WG Alltag gründen.
