Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und bereits möbliert (siehe Bilder). In der Wg gibt es zwei Bäder, somit wird ein Bad nur von höchstens 2 Personen benutzt.
Die wohnung hat 4 Zimmer, eine geräumige Küche und einen kleinen Balkon.
The room is very spacious and already furnished (see pictures). There are two bathrooms in the flat, so one bathroom is only used by a maximum of 2 people. The flat has 4 rooms, a spacious kitchen and a small balcony.
Neben dem Studentenwohnheim ist direkt die U-Bahn Station „Milchhof". Bis zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man nur ca. 4 Minuten. Neben dem Wohnhaus gibt es außerdem einen Edeka, Lidl, Deutsche Post und zahlreiche Restaurants.
The underground station "Milchhof" is right next to the student residence. It only takes about 4 minutes to get to the main railway station. There is also an Edeka, Lidl, Deutsche Post and numerous restaurants next to the student residence.
Das Leben in der Wg ist sehr ruhig. Alle Mitbewohner verstehen sich sehr gut miteinander. Wir sprechen entweder Deutsch oder Englisch miteinander.
Life in the flat is very quiet. All the flatmates get on very well with each other. We speak either German or English with each other.
!WICHTIG! da das Wohnheim vom Studierendenwerk Stuttgart verwaltet wird, muss man immatrikulierter Student sein um dort wohnen zu können.
Das WLAN kann über Selfnet gegen eine monatliche Gebühr aktiviert werden. (9€)
Der Mietvertrag wird über die Studierendenwerke abgeschlossen, somit sind Mieter und Vermieter abgesichert.
Bei Problemen in der Wohnung oder handwerklichem Bedarf kann jederzeit der Hausmeister kontaktiert werden.
Bei Interesse können gerne noch weitere Bilder oder Videos der Wohnung und des Zimmers versendet werden.
