Hello! My name is Jade and I am an expat working in Stuttgart since 2020. I am currently looking for a new roommate in my flat.
The flat has 1 kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom for showering and 1 with toilet, a very large living and a balcony. The public areas are furnished with kitchen, shower facilities, washing machine, dining table, sofas, etc.). I might (finally) consider getting a flatscreen TV soon as well.
The room I am currently offering is 16 m2 (overall flat is approx. 100m2) and will be available from 1 Oct 2022. The room itself is not furnished so you would need to bring in a few essentials (bed, closet, table, etc.). The duration of rental is open for discussion.
The apartment is located 1 min away by foot from Marienplatz and less than 2 min away from 3 supermarkets nearby (2 Rewe and 1 Netto).
I am an outgoing person and used to live in many other shared flats in Spain and Italy where I studied before moving to Stuttgart. In general, I would like to have a flatmate who is:
