wir suchen einen netten Nachmieter für ein ca. 16qm großes Zimmer. Das Zimmer wurde bereits leer geräumt und könnte sofort bezogen werden.
Ersteinmal nur bis 31.05.11- möglicherweise bietet sich die Option der Verlängerung.
Der Wohnbereich der WG erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen mit jeweils einem Bad.
Küche (mit Spülmaschine) und Bäder sind komplett eingerichtet.
Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Bushaltestelle Rotbachstraße/Heiligkreuz. Bis in die Stadt sind es ca. 10 min zu fuß.
Parkanlagen sind in der Nähe und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Tür.
Internet- inkl. Telefonflat sind vorhanden.
