Hallo, wir, 2 Lehramtsstudenten (beide 24) suchen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere 3er WG. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Fußgängerzone in Mitten der Trierer Innenstadt. Alle Geschäfte, Bars, Clubs etc. sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Tagesbedarf im Umkreis von 5 Min.
Die Busanbindung ist ebenfalls genial. Alle Busse, die zum Bahnhof, Uni, FH etc. fahren halten 1 Min. von der Wohnung entfernt!
Wir sind beide Nichtraucher, deshalb bitte keine Raucher, keine Haustiere (4. OG kein Garten), bevorzugt Studenten. Also wenn du interessiert bist und gerne mehr erfahren möchtest dann komm vorbei und schau dir die Wohnung an. Die Warmmiete beträgt 330€ all. inkl. (keine versteckten Kosten). Keine Zwischenmiete!!!!
