Hi,
wir, Tina und Benjamin (beide 24) suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner/eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsre 3er WG.
Die WG liegt mitten in der Innenstadt, zum Netto sinds keine 10 Sekunden (kein Scheiß, 7m von Haustür bis Geschäftseingang), Bushaltestelle Treviris liegt ebenfalls direkt vor der Haustür, ein Zahnarzt ist auch im Haus, der Hauptmarkt ist 1 1/2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, praktischer kann man wirklich nicht wohnen.
Kaution fällt auch an (um die 400€), die ihr aber üblicherweise zurückbekommt.
Du solltest optimalerweise schon WG-Erfahrung haben, generell sozial drauf sein und kein Problem damit haben, wenn es ma lauter wird. Bei Lernphasen etc. ist es immer möglich, sich abzusprechen. Kommunikation ist alles.
Am besten ruft ihr bei Tina an, falls sie nicht rangehen sollte, versucht es bei mir, sollten wir beide nicht rangehen -> E-Mail.
