Hallo liebe Wg-Interessenten,
die Wg an der Post sucht zum 1.10.11 einen neuen Mitbewohner für ein 16qm großes Zimmer. Das Zimmer kostet insgesamt mit allem drum und dran 240 Euro, in denen Kabel Deutschland, Internet und Telefon Flatrate integriert sind.
Die Wg liegt zentral, mit Bahnhof vor der Tür und Porta Nigra in 10 Minuten Fußweg Entfernung. Man kann also aus dem Bett in den Bus fallen.
Anzubieten haben wir ein großes Wohnzimmer, welches zum chillen und feiern einlädt; eine Küche mit 2 Kühlschränken und Spülmaschine und einen großen Flur für Wg-Partys, wenn eine stattfindet.
Die Wg besteht momentan aus 3 weibliche und 2 männliche Studenten (22 - 29 Jahre).
