Da meine Mitbewohnerin ihr Studium im Ausland fortsetzt, suche ich eine/n nette/n Nachmieter/in ab dem 1.9. für unsere gemütliche 2er WG in der Maarstraße. DSL, Wlan, Festnetztelefon mit Festnetz Flatrate, voll ausgestattete Küche (Ofen, Kühlschrank, Herd etc.) und Waschmaschine sind am Start. Zu vermieten ist ein helles 14m² Zimmer in 2 ZKB Wohnung, auf Wunsch mit Hochbett und Couch drin. 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Porta Nigra und zur Buslinie 3/13, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Norma, Netto, Bäcker etc.) sind reichlich vorhanden. Ein Keller zum Abstellen und Trocknen von Wäsche ist auch vorhanden.Bei Interesse, schreib mir ne Mail oder ruf mich einfach unter der ----/------- an und wir machen nen Besichtigungstermin aus.
