Helles und großes WG-Zimmer (ca. 27 qm) zu vermieten, in einer 2er WG. Die Wohung ist etwa 70qm und verfügt über eine Einbauküche, ein kleines Bad und einen großen Balkon im 2. OG. Eine Gartenmitbenutzung und Keller zum waschen etc. gehört ebenfalls dazu . Die Wohnung liegt zentral, nähe Innenstadt ca. 10 min zu Fuß zur Fußgängerzone in der Saarbrückerstraße und hat eine gute Busanbindung zur Uni. Der Südbahnhof ist ebenfalls nahe gelegen. Die komplette Warmmiete inklusive Strom und Internetmitbenutzung und Telefon liegt bei ca. 370 Euro.
