Wir, Johanna und Jan, beide berufstätig und viel unterwegs, suchen noch einen netten Mitbewohner/eine nette Mitbewohnerin für unsere WG. Dein Zimmer hat zwar nur ca. 15m², dafür aber steht uns allen die Gemeinschaftswohnfläche von ca. 80m² zur Verfügung. Laut Mietvertrag hat die Wohnung mit Balkon insgesamt 170m².
Alles ist frisch und energetisch saniert, der Boden ist gefließt und hat Fußbodenheizung, es gibt elektrische Rolläden und digitalen Satelliten-TV-Empfang in jedem Zimmer. Das Bad hat Badewanne und Dusche mit Massagedüsen. Außerdem gibt es noch ein Gäste-WC.Die Küche ist geräumig, auf hohem Standard und offen zum großen Wohn-/Esszimmer, von dem aus man auch auf den großen Balkon kommt.
Das Haus hat einen Aufzug. Es gehören 1-2 PKW-Stellplätze zur Wohnung. Sie liegt in der Palaststraße und damit in bester Lage.
Falls Du bereit bist, für eine komfortable, vergleichsweise ruhige aber trotzdem unternehmungswillige WG ein wenig mehr an Miete zu investieren, kontaktiere uns doch gern. Besichtigungen sind auch tagsüber oft spontan möglich.
