I am the main tenant of the apartment, I am the landlord of your room. The cancellation period is 2 months
345 EUR = all costs included (gas, energy, water, TV, Wifi,...). Please don`t heat with open windows in winter time... :-)
Zu Fuß 1-2 Minuten bis zur Bushaltestelle am Nikolaus-Koch-Platz bzw. bis zur Treviris-Passage (fast alle Stadtbus-Linien + Supermarkt), 2 Minuten bis zur Fußgängerzone, 2 bis 3 Minuten bis zu guten Kneipen, 4-5 Minuten bis zur Bus-Linie 117 nach Luxemburg (Ticket: 85 EUR pro Monat).
Öffentliche Anwohnerparkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Haustür und bis max. 5 Min. Fußweg Entfernung für 30 EUR Gebühr im Jahr.

Ich bin berufstätig und arbeite in Luxemburg. Zweck der WG ist in erster Linie: Miete sparen. Für nen Wein oder ein Bierchen bin ich aber (fast) immer zu haben. Falls Du nur "Dein Ding" machen willst - ist o.k..Gern darfst Du Dich aber auch bei Veranstaltungen, Festivitäten und Untenehmungen anschließen. :-)
Der Vermieter ist etwas eigen, er will keine Männer-WGs... Von daher halbiert sich der Kandidatenkreis.

I work in Luxemburg, daily go there by bus. Prior purpose of our flat share: save / reduce the rent. From time to time I like a glas of wine / beer. Or maybe two. Or three... :-)

Da ich tagsüber in Luxemburg bin: Besichtigungstermine wären mir wochentags gegen Abend ganz recht...
Den Schlüssel gibt`s definitiv erst, wenn die Kaution gezahlt ist.
