moin :) da mein mitbewohner ende februar in die schweiz zieht, suche ich nach brauchbarem ersatz für unsere 2er-wg (insgesamt 84 m²).
sie liegt super zentral zwischen porta und bahnhof und ist auch bereits mit allem ausgestattet was man zum leben braucht...
küche komplett, bad (keine wanne, leider...), waschmaschine,trockner , ...eine große stube als durchgangszimmer mit riesen couch,bigscreen... dein eigenes zimmer ist 18 m² groß und bei bedarf kann auch ein großer schrank und eine kommode übernommen werden.
ich suche jemanden, der vor hat langfristig hier zu wohnen und NICHT an einer zweck-wg interressiert ist.
bei interresse einfach mal aufn käffchen vorbeischauen ;)
-5 min zu fuß zum hauptmarkt / bahnhof / busbahnhof / mediamarkt / kaufland / norma / post / sparkasse / fitness-studio / sushi-bar^^ etc.
perfekte innenstadtlage eben ;)
gemütlich und enspannt, arbeitende bevölkerung ... muss früh aufstehen.
sehr gerne wird gekocht, zusammen musizieren (gitarre/ukulele), pokerabend, oder einfach mal losziehen in die stadt
