Du würdest in einem hellen, geräumigen Raum mit Erkerfenster wohnen, das du eingerichtet übernimmst.
Zeitlose und in dezentem weiß harmonierende Möbel warten auf einen neuen Besitzer. Konkret handelt es sich um einen Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode, ein Bett (140 cm) und einen praktischen Schreibtischcontainer. Dich erwartet eine eine freundliche, helle und zentral gelegene WG mit kompletter Ausstattung: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine & Kücheneinrichtung.
Die schönen Zimmerpflanzen sowie die braune Kommode bekommst du geschenkt, falls du Interesse hast. :-)
Hey, I am going to move out of our shared flat and therefore we are looking for a new flatmate. How about you?
Your room would be bright and spacious room (16m²) with a big window and laminate. You would move into a furnished room and aquire beautiful and almost new furniture (wardrobe, double-bed (140 cm), chest of drawer). We have all the necessary equipment in the flat including a shower and a separate bathroom, kitchen with an electric oven & hub, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher for convenience.
Lage:
Unsere WG ist in der Paulinstraße nähe Porta Nigra. Du bist in 10 Gehminuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt, am Bahnhof, in den Geschäften wie Aldi und Rewe sowie an der Bushaltestelle zur Uni. Parkplätze gibt es in der Nähe.
Mit Bus und Bahn kannst du dich super in der Stadt und in der Region bewegen.
The flat is located on Paulinstraße, a street close to the centre. 10 minutes by walk to reach the city center, railway station, food shopping facilities, bakeries, bus stops to Uni. Cars can be parked in front of the house.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen Fati & Nadine studieren im Master und arbeiten, sie sind beide aufgeschlossen und herzlich. Du wirst genug Ruhe finden, um dich auf deine Unternehmungen zu konzentrieren und das Leben in der WG zu schätzen. Im Sommer sitzen wir oft auf dem Balkon chillen oder gehen aus. Im Winter haben sich Spieleabende etabliert.
The other two flatmates are studying (Sociology, Master of Education) and work part-time. They like socialising and are open-minded. We usually sit in our comfy kitchen where we ocassinally play boardgames or cook together. You can make use of the small balcony for smoking, reading or sun-bathing in summer.
