Ein helles 21m² Zimmer (3 Fenster) in unserer gemütlichen WG in Trier-Innenstadt wird frei. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (nur ca. 2 Gehminuten zur Trierer Fußgängerzone) im 2 Stock eines Wohnhauses. Die Wohnung ist ca. 100 qm groß, sehr hell und verfügt über einen Balkon, Bad, großes Wohnzimmer und eine helle Küche. Des weiteren haben sie die Möglichkeit das Fahrrad abzustellen im Innenhof des Hauses. Die Linie 13 und 3 fährt fast vor der Haustür. Außerdem befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls nur wenige Meter entfernt. (Aldi sofort in der Straße). Die Kaltmiete beträgt 266,76 € + 75€ Nebenkosten. Wir suchen dich für den Einzug ab 01.Februar 2013 nur an Studentinnen zu vermieten.
