Da ich (Phil) zum 1.3. aus meiner schönen WG ausziehe, werden meine Zimmer frei.
Ja- richtig gehört: es handelt sich um zwei Zimmer, ein größeres (wurde von mir als Wohn- / Arbeitszimmer genutzt) und ein kleineres als gemütliches Schlafzimmer.
Die beiden Zimmer kosten mit allem drum und dran 254 Eur im Monat + einmalige Kaution von 150 Eur und liegt super zentral in der Innenstadt, mit dabei eine schöne große Küche und großes Bad. Busanbindung zu Uni und FH direkt ums eck, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Kaufland, Edeka und dm 5 Gehminuten entfernt, Ausgehmöglichkeit mit Viehmarkt, Asterix, Luke oder grillen an der Mosel... direkt vor der Tür.
Wir sind keine zweck WG, kochen oder unternehmen ganz gerne mal was zusammen.
