Hallo, ich suche zum 1.6. einen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin. Die 2er WG liegt zentral in einer Altbauwohnung in der Kaiserstrasse, ist ca. 70 m² groß, hat eine große Küche mit Spülmaschine, ein großes Wannenbad und dazu ein Wohnzimmer. Das freie Zimmer ist etwa 17 m² groß und dank großer Fenster schön hell. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine, dazu einen Hof für Fahrräder, zum Wäsche trocknen und Grillen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bushaltestellen (Linien 3,7,8,6,16), Park etc. liegt alles vor der Haustür. Ich bin 28 und studiere Geschichte und Anglistik. Die Wohnung liegt in der Mitte der trierer Innenstadt. Eine Bushaltestelle mit Anbindung in alle erdenklichen Richtungen (auch zu Uni und Hbf) liegt vor der Tür, zum Südbahnhof ist es auch nicht weit. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß werden Park und Supermärkte erreicht, zum Moselufer dauert es doppelt so lang. Ebenfalls vor der Tür liegt das Stadtbad.
