Hallo Zusammen,
in unserer 4er-WG wird ein helles und schönes Zimmer zum 01.07. frei!
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 Quadrameter groß und kostet 333€ monatlich (Warm, Internet, Fernsehen, alles inklusive).
Deine zukünftige/n Mitbewohner/in wären Mariusz (27), Christoph (28) und Christina (26), alle drei sind berufstätig.
Unsere WG ist auch mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht.(Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle etc.)
Das Highlight ist unser großes und helles Bad, mit großzügiger Badewanne!
Auch von der Lage her wohnen wir sehr zentral: Hauptbahnof, Bushaltestellen und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur ein wenige Gehminuten entfernt! Auch die Universität ist mit dem Bus in 15 Minuten erreichbar!
Restaurants, Gastronomie, Kneipen und Diskotheken befinden sich alle in geringem Umkreis!
