Ich suche eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für mein helles Zimmer in Trier / Innenstadt ab sofort bis idealerweise 30. September 2016.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 4er Wg. Es ist 16 m² groß und möbliert
(siehe Bilder).
Monatlich kommt eine Warmmiete von 255€ auf dich zu. Unschlagbar für diese Lage.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Innenstadt. Das heißt kurze Wege, wohin du auch immer musst. 8 Minuten zum Kaufland und Bahnhof. Wenige Schritte in die Fußgängerzone. Uni und Hochschule sind mit dem Bus erreichbar. Die Haltestellen sind nahegelegen.
In der Wohnung gibt es ein zusätzliches Wohnzimmer zum Zusammensitzen und Filme schauen.
Zur Mitbenutzung stehen dir auch eine Küche mit Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und das kleine Bad zur Verfügung. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Hof zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern.
Deine Mitbewohner auf Zeit sind Marcus (29), Fitness Coach und Fußballer, Pascal (24), Innenarchitekturstudent und Fußballer sowie Danica (24), B.A. Innenarchitektin und liebenswert.
Das Zimmer steht für dich bereit. Auch die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet.
Falls dir was mit den Möbeln nicht passt, kann man drüber reden.

Falls nötig ist auch eine Besichtigung per Skype möglich.
