Das möbiliertes Zimmer ist Ca. 24qm Groß. Alle Räume haben Fenster ausser das Bad. Die Wohnung hat eine Größe von ca. 56 qm und befindet sich im Herzen von Trier ca 5 Minuten bis zu (Fussgängerzone, Rathaus, Mutterhaus und dem Mosel) in der Nähe und bis zur Bushaltestelle wo viele Busse fahren braucht man höchstens 2 Minuten.
Die Miete beträgt 209 EUR/Monat (Diese Ermässigung ist eigentlich nur weil dauer der Mietart bis 30 Sept. 2018 befristet ist, Kündigungsfrist 2 Wochen od. Verhandlungsbasis) zusätzlich kommen Wasser, Gas und Strom kosten Ca. 49EURO pro Monat und pro Person. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fussläufig erreichbar.
Looking for a flatmate for my beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with integrated kitchen, large bathroom (with Tub), cellar and floor with laminate in Trier center. The furnished room has approx. 24sqm in size. All rooms have windows except the bathroom. The apartment has a size of about 56 square meters and is located in the heart of Trier about 5 minutes (pedestrian zone, town hall, mother house and the Mosel) to the bus stop where many buses driving, need hardly 2 minutes to reach at stop.
The rent is 209 EUR / month (Actually the reduction is only because of limited duration. until 30 Sept. 2018 it is limited, notice period 2 weeks or basis of negotiation) additionally comes water, gas and electricity cost approx. 49EURO per month and per person. All shops for daily needs are within walking distance.
