in unserer 2er Wg in bester Lage wird ab Juni ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist 14qm groß und mit schönem, hellen Laminatboden ausgestattet.
Ich möchte das Zimmer möbiliert weiter gegeben. Für die Möbel (Bett, Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch) und die Küchenzeile stelle ich mir eine Abschlagszahlung in Höhe von 300€(VB) vor.
Die Wohnung ist sehr Zentral gelegen und liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Pferdemarkt und der Trevirispassage. Die Porta Nigra ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Als Einkaufsmöglichkeit bietet sich der Netto in der Trevirispassage an. Von der Trevirispassage fahren auch die Busse zur Uni hoch.
