During my exchange semester, I’d like to rent my room in a spacious 4-room apartment from the 1st of September (in case of doubt at a later time) to the 28th of February 2019. The room is around 19sqm and has rectangular shape. A big window to the inner courtyard ensures that the room is bright. Like every room the flooring is made out of parquet. The whole flat has surface of 108sqm and is equipped with a large living room and a balcony. Furthermore a dish washer, microwave and a washing machine belong to the furniture. We have taken care of a high-speed internet connection. The monthly rent amounts to 350€, in addition there is a deposit for the furniture in my room, which can be discussed in detail at a later time.
Our flat is located in the city centre, nonetheless it is very calm. The connection to the university is close to be perfect, with the bus stops being within walking distance (2-3min to the stop, 10-15min to the universities). Luxembourg commuters can reach appropriate bus and train stations within 10-15min. On the one side of the flat the pedestrian area starts with all of its shops, pubs and clubs. On the other side the historic “Palastgarten” is located right in front of us.
As the new tenant you would live with two open-minded and kind students (w/m 24) in a 3 peoples flat. You can meet both on a short visit or we can set up a Skype call, if it is not possible for you to come over.
