Da ich ab 01.07 nach einer schönen und tollen Wohnung umgezogen bin, suche ich nach einem netten Mitbewohner. Selbstständig/Student, sportlich, Nichtraucher und keine Haustiere. Die Wohnung ist ca. 75 m2 groß und befindet sich in der zweiten Etage. Die Wohnung liegt an Kutzbach Straße 100m von Treviris und besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmer und einem großen Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad, WC, Balkon und Flur.Bei Interesse bitte kürzte Vorstellung schicken.
Zentrale Lage nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. REWE, dm, Ratio, Aldi, Lidl etc.). Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum historischen Stadtzentrum (Porta Nigra). Interessant für sportliche Typen: zwei Fitnessstudios (McFit und Aktiv Sport) und Nells Park zum Joggen sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist Ideal für Studenten und junge Berufstätige. Eine Haltestelle mit direkter Busanbindung zur Uni Trier (10 Minuten Fahrtzeit) befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung.
Das Zimmer ist jetzt leer aber wird als möbliertes Zimmer gemietet.
