Die Zimmer kosten 295€ mit allem plus 15€ für Internet(WLan)-Telefonflat.
Die Wohnung erstreckt sich auf geräumige 120qm und hat durchweg ca. 3,50m hohe Decken, ist sehr hell, große Fenster, teils Dielenboden, teils Laminat, große gemütliche Wohnküche. Trotz Altbau bleibt die Wohnung im Sommer ziemlich kühl. Zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stadtzentrum (Nähe Porta Nigra). Sämtliche Einkäufsmöglichkeiten und Busanbindungen sowie Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe.
