**Wir haben diese Anzeige auf Englisch erstellt, um alle anzusprechen aber in dieser WG wird überwiegend Deutsch und auch ein bisschen Englisch gesprochen :)**
The room is 25 qm and is the biggest room in the flat. It gets lots of morning light and is very spacious.
The flat is located just off Neustraße, between Viehmarkt and the Palastgarten. The bus stops Stadtbibliothek and Karl Marx Haus are just 3 minutes away on foot, Aldi/Nahkauf 5 min, Pharmacy 3 min, and with the bus you’d need 10-20 min to get to the Uni. The location doesn’t get much better!
Your new roommates would be me (Zach, 26) and Lisa (25).
Lisa is finishing up her bachelor in Psychology and beginning her masters in the summer semester. I am currently doing my masters in Applied Statistics.
We are both very open, nice, and fun-loving people. We’ve lived together for just about 1.5 years in this flat and we get along super well and have become very good friends. Ideally we are looking for someone that will be more than just someone who lives here. We do a lot together and would spend lots of time with our roommate that is currently moving out. Game nights, movie nights, dinners, going for walks, or just sitting outside and having a beer are all welcome!
While we love spending time together, we also understand the importance of needing to have time to yourself. Because we both study, we are often in our rooms with the door shut.
Because our apartment is centrally located and quite large, it really is a great place to host some friends. With that said, however, this is not a party WG and we do not want to have any here. That is very important to us but of course you are welcome to have friends over.
This is a very fun WG to live in! Nonetheless, we are very respectful of each other’s space and privacy :)
The 450€ rent includes heating, Nebenkosten, electric, and internet.
